At LowVoltageSoCal, we obtain verbal consent from customers before sending text messages. Here's how the workflow works:
- A customer contacts us via phone or is called back by our virtual or live receptionist.
- During the call, the customer is asked if they would like to receive appointment confirmations, job updates, or service-related messages via text.
- Once the customer verbally agrees, we log the consent and add them to our messaging list.
- Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- No promotional messages are sent — only service-related communications are delivered.
This policy applies to all voice, AI receptionist, and form-generated contacts.
