Our SMS Communication Policy

At LowVoltageSoCal, we obtain verbal consent from customers before sending text messages. Here's how the workflow works:

  1. A customer contacts us via phone or is called back by our virtual or live receptionist.
  2. During the call, the customer is asked if they would like to receive appointment confirmations, job updates, or service-related messages via text.
  3. Once the customer verbally agrees, we log the consent and add them to our messaging list.
  4. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  5. No promotional messages are sent — only service-related communications are delivered.

This policy applies to all voice, AI receptionist, and form-generated contacts.
